Zac Taylor Shares Latest on Joe Burrow Ahead of Week 3 Matchup With Rams

Burrow aggravated a calf injury in Week 2 against the Ravens.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals are hoping Joe Burrow can play on Monday night against the Rams. He's dealing with a calf injury that he aggravated against the Ravens.

Zac Taylor didn't commit to Burrow practice on Thursday.

"We'll see. I doubt it would be full if he's out there," Taylor said. "Taking it day-to-day right now. Soreness is an issue.

"We just gotta keep the conversation going and see where he's at."

Burrow aggravated his calf late in the fourth quarter of the Bengals' 27-24 loss to the Ravens. He missed five weeks of training camp, including the entire preseason after suffering a calf strain on July 27.

Cincinnati is 0-2 for a second consecutive season. They play the Rams on Monday night at Paycor Stadium. If Burrow can't play, then Jake Browning would start at quarterback.
