Former Bengals Wide Receiver Auden Tate Released By Falcons

A former fan favorite was released by Atlanta on Tuesday.

CINCINNATI — Former Bengals wide receiver Auden Tate was released by the Falcons on Tuesday afternoon. 

The 25-year-old had one reception for seven yards in the preseason. He signed with Atlanta in March.

Tate was a former fan favorite for Bengals fans across the country. He had his best season in 2019 when he finished with 40 receptions for 575 yards and one touchdown. 

Tate has 61 career receptions for 799 yards and two touchdowns. The Bengals selected him in the seventh round (253rd overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft.
