Tee Higgins Recruits Arizona Cardinals Linebacker Isaiah Simmons

CINCINNATI — Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins wants to see Isaiah Simmons play for Cincinnati. The Arizona Cardinals just declined the linebacker's fifth-year option.

Simmons ranked 59th among cornerbacks (not linebackers) last year with a 67.9 PFF grade, the highest of his career.

He posted 68 tackles, 4 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and 2 interceptions last season. Now, Simmons enters free agency after this coming season.
