Josh Allen vs. Aaron Rodgers: Bills QB, Other Stars Set to Golf at Pebble Beach Pro-Am
The NFL offseason has officially begun for all but two teams, but two of the biggest names in the sport are currently focused on other activities.
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is set to compete in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am this weekend against current and former big-name athletes, including Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Others notable names include former All-Pro receiver Larry Fitzgerald, Washington Commanders coach Ron Rivera, international soccer star Gareth Bale, former MLB MVP Buster Posey and NFL Hall of Famer Steve Young.
Allen will be skipping out on Sunday's Pro Bowl Games in Las Vegas as he prepares for an event that seems a bit more meaningful considering the star power that is set to compete. It was announced Tuesday that Baltimore Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley will be taking Allen's place.
Pro-Am pairings will begin action on Thursday and will wrap things up on Saturday. Allen will be paired with professional golfer Keith Mitchell, who was his partner for the event last year as well.
Last year, Allen and Mitchell finished with a -15 total on 200 strokes, as they failed to make the final cut. But with one year of the event already under his belt, Allen will be looking to take down some NFL, international and Hollywood royalty once he steps foot on the course.
