VIDEO: Baker Mayfield Touchdown Throw to Mike Evans vs. 49ers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are facing a tough team in the San Francisco 49ers as they hunt to get back to .500 on the season. In a tight NFC South, every win is huge for the Buccaneers, and this game would be great for their record and momentum as they push through their schedule.
It was a less-than-ideal start for the Buccaneers offense. They went three-and-out in their first drive before fumbling on their second. Fortunately, the Buccaneers' defense stepped up to the plate and forced a field goal rather than a touchdown.

Then, the Buccaneers put together a ten-play, 75-yard drive that was capped off by a Mike Evans receiving touchdown from Baker Mayfield. They chewed 5:33 off the clock, which was huge.
While this cut the deficit to 10-7 at the time, the 49ers would score another field goal before halftime. Still, trailing just 13-7, the Buccaneers are in a good position to come out swinging in the second half and put pressure on the 49ers.
If Mayfield and the offense can continue moving the ball, this game could get very, very interesting in the later stretch of the matchup. Evans' touchdown catch is his lone catch on the game, though Mayfield has done a solid job distributing the ball to a variety of players.
