Cardinals WR Greg Dortch Says He's Returning in 2023

Greg Dortch was one of 30 free agents the Arizona Cardinals had. According to his Twitter page, he's staying with the team.

The Arizona Cardinals have a monster free agent class with 30 players set to hit the open market. Names such as Byron Murphy and Zach Allen dominate headlines along with the four starting offensive linemen from last season.

While we're days away from free agency and officially seeing where guys land for 2023, it appears one of Arizona's two exclusive restricted free agents in WR Greg Dortch will be sticking around if his Tweet is any indication:

Dortch - who will be 25 by the start of the season - came on the scene strong for the Cardinals last season while guys such as DeAndre Hopkins, Rondale Moore and Marquise Brown all dealt with varying injuries.

The three-year veteran played 16 games and started four, reeling in 52 receptions for 467 yards and two touchdowns. He played just 45% of offensive snaps in 2022.

His four starts saw him reel in at least seven catches and 63 yards in each contest. His best performance came in the Monday Night Football loss to the San Francisco 49ers where he reeled in nine of ten targets for 103 yards.

With the Cardinals releasing Chosen (formerly Robbie) Anderson and Hopkins reportedly on the trade block, Dortch could be in for a huge step up in production.
