Chargers News: Brandon Staley Loves His Team's Mindset Going into 2023
The 2023 NFL season will be here before any of us know it and it's exciting times for many teams around the league. The Los Angeles Chargers enter the season with some questions, especially after the way they lost in the playoffs last season, but the team is full of talent and should be contenders once again.
On the Rich Eisen Show, Chargers head coach Brandon Staley spoke about his team and what he seems from the group as mini-camp as gotten underway.
"I think this group is really hungry, really focused. I'm really pleased with the professionalism and I think the overall culture of the team, I think we've done a lot of work over the last, ya know, three years of onboarding the right people."
Per The Rich Eisen Show
This is great news for Charger fans. This team wants to win and should do so. They are led by quarterback Justin Herbert, who is arguably a top five player at the position. They have a ton of offensive weapons for him to throw too and a defense that should dominate against opposing offenses.
"I think you see a really high level of group out there that's doing all the right things and uh, that's exciting"
Per The Rich Eisen Show
Excitement is in the air surround this Chargers team. They come into the season ready to go and should be a player in the AFC again. If this team can stay healthy, they likely could make a run towards not just the AFC West crown but possibly a Super Bowl as well.
