The Los Angeles Chargers will be a whole different squad on the defensive end of the ball if they receive a healthy J.C. Jackson to start the year. Do not get caught up the five games he played with the Bolts prior to his ruptured patellar tendon in 2022... he possesses a skillset and IQ on the field that will help take LA very far.

Jackson was coming off of the best season of his career back in 2021 with the New England Patriots and that's what garnered him a nice deal with the Bolts. He was able to suit up in 17 games and recorded 58 combined tackles and even one touchdown. When it came to the cornerback position, he placed himself among the league's best.

And even though that injury took him out for the entire year, he has lived in the weight room the whole offseason. Numerous clips of his rehab process have been shared to social media these past couple of months and it has LA's fanbase super excited for what's to come. Jackson has shared his own personal goal of returning to the team by week one and he definitely wants to be in top form by week 23 when they face his old team.

One of the toughest parts about returning from any major knee injury is that lateral movement and speed are usually super hard to regain. Especially for someone like Jackson, who covers some of the top WR's in the game every snap, it was super important for him to prioritize making sure that his stability around his knee was back to normal.

However, a new video of Jackson has surfaced at LA's 2023 OTA's and he appears to look very healthy. The Chargers posted a clip of moving in all directions and looking quite comfortable doing so on the field.

Have a look for yourself!

We cannot wait to see him in his first game back!
