NFL Draft: Commanders Trade for Anthony Richardson?

Anthony Richardson has been flying up draft boards. Could the Washington Commanders move their way up as well to take him?
In this story:

The Washington Commanders appear to be happy with Sam Howell and Jacoby Brissett at quarterback ... But what if a better solution came along?

Given the fact that the Commanders hold the No. 16 pick, all of the top signal callers should be off the board by the time Washington is on the clock. But what if the Commanders worked their way up the ladder to No. 8, the Atlanta Falcons' spot in the draft?

ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay threw out an idea for Washington to trade up eight spots to take Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson should he still be available.

"Certainly I think Atlanta is one of those teams that, with so many needs, could wind up moving out," McShay said during an ESPN mock draft special. "Tennessee or Washington, this could be where, if Anthony Richardson is still on the board, a team is trying to make a last-ditch effort to get their quarterback of the future."

Richardson has been shooting up draft boards and there might not be a world where he's available even with the No. 8 pick, but McShay's exercise does pose an interesting question. Should the Commanders be more aggressive in trying to take a quarterback, or should they continue to be passive and accepting of the talent already in Washington?
