Sportsbook Odds for Love, Watson, Jones Leading NFL in Yards

It’s been a long time since a Packers player led the league in passing yards, receiving yards or rushing yards. Here are the odds for the 2023 NFL season.
In this story:

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Aaron Rodgers never led the NFL in passing yards. Odds are new Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love won’t lead the league in 2023, either.

In new odds at Bet365, Love is +5000 to top the NFL in passing yards. Those are the 19th-longest odds.

Kansas City Chiefs MVP Patrick Mahomes is the favorite at +400, Cincinnati Bengals star Joe Burrow is +650 and Los Angeles Chargers gunslinger Justin Herbert is +700, with the Minnesota Vikings’ Kirk Cousins and Buffalo Bills’ Josh Allen at +1000.

Rodgers is +2000 with the New York Jets.

Love’s over/under is 3,425.5 passing yards.

No Packers quarterback has led the NFL in passing yards since Brett Favre in 1998, and no Packers player has led the NFL in receiving yards since Antonio Freeman in 1998.

To lead the NFL in receiving yards in 2023, Christian Watson is +4000 and Romeo Doubs is +6600.

The Vikings’ Justin Jefferson is the favorite at +600, followed by the Bengals’ JaMarr Chase at +700, the Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill at +1000 and the Rams’ Cooper Kupp at +1200. Former Packers receiver Allen Lazard, now with Rodgers and the Jets, is +15000.

Hall of Famer Jim Taylor is the one and only Packers player to lead the NFL in rushing, doing it during his MVP season of 1962.

Could that change with the potential of a more run-heavy attack? Aaron Jones is +2800, tied for the 16th-shortest odds, and tag-team partner AJ Dillon is +6000.

The Cleveland Browns’ Nick Chubb is the favorite at +650, followed by the Indianapolis Colts’ Jonathan Taylor at +700, Tennessee Titans’ Derrick Henry at +800 and Atlanta Falcons rookie Bijan Robinson at +1000.

BetOnline’s new odds are similar. Love is +5000 to lead the NFL in passing yards, Watson is +4500 to lead the NFL in receiving yards and Jones is +2500 to lead the circuit in rushing yards.
