The Los Angeles Rams had some problems with injuries in the 2022 season, but this past season was quite the opposite.

Going by a metric called adjusted games lost, the Rams statistically had the fewest amount of injuries in the entire NFL this past season. This comes after they had the second most games missed due to injury the year prior.

According to Aaron Schatz of FTN Fantasy, the 2022 Rams led the NFL with 71 adjusted games lost due to injury on the offensive line alone. That doesn’t include the injuries to Matthew Stafford, Cooper Kupp, and Aaron Donald.

Most notably, Stafford was able to stay on the field and become a candidate for NFL Comeback Player of the Year. The Rams proved that when their players stay on the field and are able to play consistently, they can be one of the best teams in the league, as they only lost one game after their bye week.

Kupp was really the only Ram who missed significant time, as he was out for the first four games with a hamstring injury. Hopefully, he can have a bounce-back season just like Stafford so that he and Puka Nacua can be one of the scariest receiver duos in recent memory.

If the Rams' players are able to stay on the field and perform the way that they did at the end of last year, then the team could be in prime position to make the playoffs and contend again this year.
