New Baltimore Ravens cornerback Arthur Maulet talked about the team culture in Baltimore and what separates it from that of other teams.

"I wanted to see what the culture was like looking at it from the opposite side," Maulet said. "It's everything and more. I love it a lot here, you guys take care of your players."

Maulet joined the Ravens on July 25 when he signed a one-year, $1 million dollar contract. Before that, he was with AFC North rivals, the Pittsburgh Steelers, for two seasons. During his time in Pittsburgh, he recorded 106 tackles, four passes defended and one interception.

"You guys trust your players and you trust vets," Maulet said. "I'm excited just to be here and out on the black and purple now."

Baltimore will be the fifth team that Maulet makes an appearance for. In addition to the Steelers, he has also played for the New York Jets, Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints. For his career, he has 183 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 11 passes defended and three interceptions.

His first season in the NFL came in 2017 after he joined New Orleans as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Memphis. Since then, the 30-year old cornerback has played in 68 games and started in 20 of them.

He will be playing alongside some talented cornerbacks including All-Pro Marlon Humphrey and fellow new addition Rock Ya-Sin, who is also on a one-year deal.

Maulet and the Ravens will begin the season on the road on Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. against the Houston Texans
