Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh spoke about the team's chemistry ahead of the divisional round and how connected the team is on and off the field.

"I believe this is one of the most connected teams I've ever been around," Harbaugh said. "I think it starts with the fact that I really believe they love one another. I think they have a kind of spiritual connection that runs through the whole team. You can just tell when a group of people like being around one another, like working together, trust one another, believe in one another, and want to see everybody succeed.

"The idea that if one of us succeeds, we all succeed. I see that with this group as much or more than any other team that I've been around in 40-plus years of coaching. That's a real joy to be around."

This season, the Ravens had the best record in all of football at 13-4 and dominated their schedule, earning the one-seed in the AFC and a first-round bye in the postseason.

Harbaugh has coached many great teams in his time in Baltimore, including the 2012 team that won the Super Bowl with Joe Flacco at the helm. From 14-2 seasons to 5-11 seasons, he has seen it all the the head coach of the Ravens, but decided that this is possibly the closest group he has ever coached.
