Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh spoke about how he was feeling regarding the offensive line heading into a Week 1 matchup at home against the Houston Texans.

"I'm feeling very confident," Harbaugh said. "I feel great about those guys, I know nobody's worked harder than that group of guys right there. They're ready to go and they want to go play a game and see where they stand."

Last season, the Ravens offensive line contributed to them having one of the best rushing offenses in the NFL. They had a total of 2,720 rushing yards on the year, which ranked second in the league only trailing the Chicago Bears.

As a team, Baltimore was tied with the Buffalo Bills for second in the NFL in yards per carry at 5.2 YPC. The one area of the rushing offense that it struggled in was scoring. As a team, it was middle of the pack in terms of rushing touchdowns, ranking 20th in football with only 14.

The Ravens stout offensive line features tackle Ronnie Stanley, guard John Simpson, center Tyler Linderbaum, guard Kevin Zeitler and tackle Morgan Moses. They will be tasked with protecting star quarterback Lamar Jackson, who the franchise just invested heavily in.

Jackson just signed a five-year, $260 million contract extension on April 27 that briefly made him the highest paid player in NFL history.

Baltimore will take on the Texans at M&T Bank Stadium on Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. to open the season.
