Ravens Will Host Commanders For Two Joint Practices This Summer
After not holding any joint practices with another NFL team last season, the Baltimore Ravens will host the Washington Commanders for two training camp practices on Aug. 15 and Aug. 16 this summer per reports.
The joint practices will be each team's preview of the other before the two play a preseason game at FedEx Field on Monday, Aug. 21.
The Ravens have previously held joint practices with the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Rams, and Jacksonville Jaguars in Baltimore, and this is the first time the Washington Commanders will have joint practices with a other team since Ron Rivera was hired to coach the team in 2020.
There will be no shortage of storylines for the Ravens as they head into the 2023 season.
Quarterback Lamar Jackson got his contract and now the team and face of the franchise can move forward with Super Bowl aspirations secured for at least one more season.
With Jackson's return securing the Ravens' position as a postseason threat moving forward, it also helped make the AFC North Division the NFL's top quarterback grouping in the league
Not only is the AFC North leading the pack in terms of quarterback quality according to the league's media outlet, but the conference as a whole is also head and shoulders ahead of the NFC.
