Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is coming off an outstanding season, and as expected, is a finalist for league MVP. On Thursday, NFL Honors finalists were announced and Jackson was named as one of five who could take home the award.

Jackson, along with Bills quarterback Josh Allen, Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy and 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey are all in the running for 2023 NFL MVP. It would be Jackson's second MVP award after also winning it for the 2019 season.

Jackson led the Ravens to a league-best 13-4 record and the No. 1 seed in the AFC for the playoffs, where they will play the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC Championship on Sunday. Jackson threw for 3,678 yards while completing 67.2 percent of his passes and 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

The former Louisville Cardinal is also a finalist for Offensive Player of the Year alongside Prescott, Cowboys wideout CeeDee Lamb, Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill, and McCaffrey.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh was named as a finalist for Coach of the Year along with the Lions' Dan Campbell, the Texans' DeMeco Ryans, the 49ers' Kyle Shanahan and the Browns' Kevin Stefanski.

Both Ravens coordinators were named finalists for Assistant Coach of the Year, as defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald and offensive coordinator Todd Monken both appear on the list along with Lions' offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, Texans' offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik and Browns' defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz.
