Baltimore Ravens vs. Tennessee Titans in London: How to Watch, Betting Odds
The Ravens travel to London on Sunday to play the part of the "visiting team" against the "home team" Tennessee Titans at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. It's the final game of the season for the NFL International Series to be played in the U.K.
Both teams are desperate for wins. The Ravens are still reeling after a 17-10 loss to the Steelers last week. “We should be 5-0, I believe,” Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson said. “We just have to put up the points on the board (and) protect the ball. ... Every week, we’ve now had a turnover, whether it’s me or somebody else.”
Meanwhile, the Titans arrive in London after a 23-16 loss to the Colts. Tennessee has had issues scoring touchdowns this season, and the task won't be easy against one of the league's best defenses.
As with most matchups, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is the key. He's been a beast on the ground this year and has scored as many rushing touchdowns (4) as all Titans combined. Titans running back Derrick Henry has just 20 fewer rushing yards (285) than Jackson (265) this year.
The Ravens' wideout corps hopes to improve after dropping seven passes last week according to PFF, and most were in crucial spots of the game. Coach John Harbaugh says he's not too worried about that trend continuing.
“That’s below the line, and that’s what receivers do. They catch the ball," Harbaugh said. "Our guys are going to catch those balls 99 out of 100 times. We have a lot of catches in front of us then, if that’s the case.”
