Ravens BREAKING: WR Zay Flowers Reportedly Investigated for Alleged Domestic Assault
Ravens wideout Zay Flowers is reportedly under investigation for an alleged possible domestic assault according to the Baltimore Banner. The investigation includes the Acton, Massachusetts police departments as well.
Authorities in Acton confirmed a domestic violence incident in Baltimore County last month that reportedly involved Flowers.
Acton Police would not release the report due to Massachusetts state laws that protect communication between police and victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and a spokesman for Action Police also declined to comment on the report.
Baltimore County Police did confirm they were made aware of an alleged assault in Owings Mills on Jan. 21 and that the situation is pending and they could not release details yet.
Flowers has not been charged with a crime and it's not clear if he hired an attorney, and a team spokesman would not respond to questions according to the Baltimore Banner.

The former Boston College receiver's agent, Zac Hiller also did not return any messages per the Baltimore Banner.
The Ravens drafted Flowers in the first round last April after - according to general manager Eric DeCosta - the team did a “lot of research” on Flowers and hadn’t “come across many more impressive, just, face-to-face prospects that I’ve ever interviewed.”
