PITTSBURGH -- The Philadelphia Eagles are signing for Pittsburgh Steelers inside linebacker Myles Jack following a workout, according to the 33rd Team's Ari Meirov.

Jack spent the 2022 season with the Steelers, starting 13 games and recording 104 tackles and three tackles for loss. He played 15 games but was held out of the starting lineup at the end of the season due to a groin injury.

Jack was released by the Steelers shortly after the signing of Elandon Roberts. Pittsburgh signed five new inside linebackers this offseason; Roberts, Cole Holcomb, Tanner Muse, Kwon Alexander and Nick Kwiatkoski.

Jack, 27, is entering his eighth NFL season. The former second-round pick has recorded 617 tackles, 6.5 sacks, 22 tackles for loss, four fumble recoveries and three interceptions.
