Ravens RB Killed in Motorcycle Crash
PITTSBURGH -- The Baltimore Ravens, along with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the rest of the NFL, are mourning the loss of former running back Alex Collins, who was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident over the weekend.
The Ravens and Seattle Seahawks announced the news on social media, sending their love to Collins' family. According to Broward County Sheriff's Office, the cause of death was a motorcycle crash that occurred when Collins hit a car that was turning.
Collins played for the Ravens from 2017-2018, starting 22 games for Baltimore and rushing for 1,384 yards and 13 touchdowns. In five games against the Steelers, he rushed for 380 yards, which is more than he rushed for against any other opponent in his career.
