Report: Coach Told Steelers' Najee Harris He Knew Who Killed Tupac

A very rare news day has somehow tied itself to the Pittsburgh Steelers running back.
In this story:

PITTSBURGH -- It's very very rare for the names Najee Harris and Tupac Shakur to be mentioned in the same headline, but with major news breaking on the death of the hip hop legend, a story about the Pittsburgh Steelers running back has resurfaced.

According to the Associated Press's Seung Min Kim, Las Vegas police have arrested someone in connection with the 1996 drive-by shooting of Tupac.

Duane “Keffe D” Davis was arrested Friday morning, but the exact charges are at this time.

Here's where things connect to Harris. According to Rivals' Rob Cassidy, the Steelers running back once told him he knows who killed Tupac. How? Former UCLA head coach Jim Mora told him during a recruiting visit when he was coming out of high school.

This was as deep as that story got. Harris hasn't talked about it with the media since, and Mora is busy coaching UConn these days. Still, a connection between the Steelers and the arrest of a man connected with Tupac's murder was probably last on the list of expected stories during Week 4 of the NFL season.
