Steelers Named Super Bowl Team

The Pittsburgh Steelers are going all the way this season, says one former player.
In this story:

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers are giving off those Super Bowl vibes, but with the AFC North as talented as they come, it's a difficult call to say anything is guaranteed with this team.

One former Super Bowl champion and current NFL analyst believes he's all-in on the Steelers, though. Jason McCourtey of NFL Network's 'Good Morning Football' is just about ready to claim Pittsburgh as the kings of the NFL - and he's losing sleep thinking about it.

"I just want to pick the Pittsburgh Steelers to win it all,” McCourty said. "But in this division…you have the Bengals, you have the Ravens, we don’t know what the Browns are going to be. There’s just so much competition that I just look at these guys, and I think that Pickett can make a huge jump, but I don’t know how high to place these Pittsburgh Steelers."

The AFC North is as stacked as they get in the NFL. With the Cincinnati Bengals still a team at the top, the Baltimore Ravens adding to their offense and the Cleveland Browns looks to rebound with Deshaun Watson, anything is possible.

The Steelers have been gaining momentum as a team on the rise throughout the offseason. No one has yet to name them a favorite for the Super Bowl, but that could change if McCourtey stops holding back on his belief in this team.

With Kenny Pickett's impressive preseason debut, expect more analysts around the league to start jumping on the Steelers ship this season.
