Report: Strong Chance Ravens Land DeAndre Hopkins
PITTSBURGH -- The Baltimore Ravens already got one Pro Bowl wide receiver in Odell Beckham Jr., and now, they could be bringing in a second as DeAndre Hopkins is still believed to be a candidate for the Pittsburgh Steelers rivals.
According to Pacman Jones on the Pat McAfee Show, there's still a "strong possibility" Hopkins is traded to the Ravens.
Jones doesn't know if Hopkins coming to Baltimore means Lamar Jackson is going to play this season, but reports claim that Jackson told the Ravens to acquire both receivers and then he'd talk about returning.
Hopkins is currently set to take on a $30 million cap hit this season, but a contract negotiation could take place with whoever trades for him. Jones didn't address the compensation needed, but reports have the asking price is a Day 2 pick.
