Arthur Smith Did What!? Steelers New OC is Impressive

The Pittsburgh Steelers made their call on an offensive coordinator, and there is reason to be optimistic about the hire.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers have made their decision on a new offensive coordinator, hiring Arthur Smith to be their next play-caller. But the initial reaction throughout the fanbase wasn't very positive. 

After a couple of tough years with the Atlanta Falcons, it's hard to know what coach the Steelers are getting in Smith. Is it going to be the successful offensive coordinator he once was with the Tennessee Titans? Or is he going to be the same coach he was in Atlanta? 

Well, speaking with those who have inside knowledge of the Falcons organization, it appears Smith is coming to Pittsburgh with much more to offer than fans may realize.
