This summer, nothing matters more than the growth of Kenny Pickett. The second-year quarterback will either bring the Steelers to their max potential or hold them back for another season. And Pittsburgh making sure they're doing everything to challenge the progress of their QB. 

Pickett has looked middle of the pack on the roster. There haven't been many days when you're overly impressed, but there have been few days you're worried about his level of play. And when the Steelers decide to allow him to be who he naturally is as a player, they make sure the conditions are as difficult as they could be. 

Life isn't easy for Pickett this summer, and it's all by design.
