Tennessee Titans Offensive Player Grades & Takeaways From Week 3 Loss To Cleveland Browns

The Tennessee Titans offense got beatdown by the Cleveland Browns defense on Sunday, so it is no surprise that Titans had low marks on the offensive player grades from Pro Football Focus in Week 3.

The Tennessee Titans offensive unit was offensive on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. It was a poor performance in a pattern of all too common ineptitude on offense for the Titans, but somehow seemed to feel worse than normal.

The Browns have a very good defense, but the Titans didn't even look like a NFL-caliber offense and the player grades from Pro Football Focus in Week 3 reflected that.

Top Five Overall Grades

WR Chris Moore - 76.3

WR DeAndre Hopkins - 72.7

QB Ryan Tannehill - 70.6

RB Derrick Henry - 62.0

C Aaron Brewer - 60.9

For the record, the grades are out of 100, so it is not a good sign if your top grade is a 76.3, let alone that it is a backup wide receiver. It feels like Moore's 33-yard catch on fourth down in the second quarter could get him the top grade by itself.

Tannehill and Henry made the list, but with their performances, making it into the top five is more by default than anything else. They simply weren't as bad as their teammates graded below them. Brewer had a decent day in pass protection, which isn't always his strong suit. That's one positive thing.

Standout Grades

LT Andre Dillard - 26.2 Pass Blocking Grade

LG Dillon Radunz - 27.4 Pass Blocking Grade

RT Chris Hubbard - 49.5 Pass Blocking Grade

Dillard has been an issue through three weeks. He allowed three sacks and seven pressures in this game. He has currently given up twice as many sacks as any other tackle in the NFL with six. The Titans' coaches let him down by not giving him more help early on Myles Garrett, but Dillard needs to be better as well. He was the second-lowest graded offensive Titan in Week 3.

Radunz second game back from his ACL tear did not go as well as his first. Radunz gave up three pressures and though no sacks, it was still a constant struggle on the left side. More surprisingly, Chris Hubbard struggled on the right side for the first time all year. Hubbard had given up only one pressure and zero sacks coming into the game, but allowed three pressures and two sacks against the Browns.

Trevon Wesco - 35.1 Overall Player Grade

Wesco has really struggled in his start with the Titans. Wesco has been one of the better blocking tight ends in the NFL the last few years, but since signing with the Titans, it hasn't looked like it.
