CINCINNATI — Bob Huggins is threatening to sue West Virginia University. He says he never resigned from his position as head men's basketball coach and wants his job back.

The 69-year-old was arrested for a DUI last month. He is currently focused on rehabilitation according to a statement. 

Huggins claims that West Virginia didn't handle the situation appropriately. 

He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in September. Check out his full statement below.
