College Gameday Makes Picks for Georgia vs Florida

The ESPN College Gameday crew has made their picks for the Georgia vs Florida game.

The Georgia Bulldogs have made their annual pilgrimage to Jacksonville, Florida, this Saturday as they prepare for the 100th edition of "The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party". The Bulldogs currently lead the series 55-44.

Last year's matchup saw the Bulldogs turn in a controlling victory as they handled the Gators by a score of 42-20 en route to their first-ever 15-0 season. Georgia is currently a large favorite over the Gators and will be looking to earn its third straight victory against its rival.

While the Bulldogs are massive favorites, they will be without their most dynamic weapon in Brock Bowers. The tight end is recovering from surgery to repair a high ankle sprain that he suffered two weeks ago against Vanderbilt. Head coach Kirby Smart did not provide a timetable for his expected return.

Due to Bowers' injury, many have started to question how the Bulldogs will handle his absence. The first test comes against the Florida Gators, and here is how the College Gameday crew thinks the game will finish out today:

Desmond Howard: "Georgia without Brock Bowers, it's going to be tough but it is still gonna be Georgia. I like Georgia in this one

Steve Smith Sr.: "Bulldogs doing nice things but Florida isn't doing nice enough things. Give me Georgia.

Pat McAfee: "It's gonna be close, but yes give me the Bulldogs."

Kirk Herbstreit: "I do think Georgia wins this football game, but I do think Florida will come in here competing. But Georgia wins"

Lee Corso: Was not at College Gameday due to a family matter.
