Ny Carr Commits to Miami Hurricanes

Former Georgia commit and 4-star wide receiver Ny Carr has just announced where he intends to play football next season.

Earlier this season, the Georgia Bulldogs lost a commit in their 2024 class as 4-star wide receiver Ny Carr announced that he would be de-committing from the Bulldogs and re-opening his recruitment. It appears now that the receiver has once again shut his recruitment down as he just recently announced his commitment to the Miami Hurricanes.

Carr, a 6-foot, 170-pound receiver out of Moultrie, Georgia is currently the 65th-ranked player nationally and 12th-ranked player overall in the state of Georgia. His commitment to the Bulldogs came all the way back in July of 2022.

During Georgia's matchup with Kentucky this past Saturday, Carr hinted on Twitter (X) as to why he may have de-committed from the Bulldogs. In a post that has since been deleted, Carr criticized Georgia for their overuse of the tight end position. He was on an unofficial visit to Miami at the time of the game.
