Player to Know - Will Sheppard, Vanderbilt's Wide Receiver

The No. 1 ranked Georgia Bulldogs are set for their second SEC road game of the 2023 season as they prepare to take on the Vanderbilt Commodores. Head coach Clark Lea has a (2-5) football team that is currently a 31.5-point underdog at home on Saturday.
Winless on the 2023 SEC slate, the Commodores are in search of a few bright spots on their roster and they don't have to look to far with Will Sheppard on the outside. The senior wide receiver has racked up 550 yards on just 35 receptions on the season. Additionally, Sheppard entered Saturday's matchup against Georiga with 8 TD receptions on the year.
He's even garnered NFL Draft attention through the first seven games of his senior season. The 6'4, 200-pound wide-out has gamebreaker-ability, having taken a catch for 85 yards and a score against Florida a week ago.
