Some potential good news could be on the horizon for Georgia Tech recruiting.

Earlier this morning, 2024 wide receiver Isiah Canion, who plays at Warner Robins High School in Georgia, de-committed from Notre Dame. Canion is a four-star wide receiver in the 247Sports Composite and the No. 249 player in the country and the No. 33 player in the state of Georgia.

Not long after he de-committed from the Fighting Irish, Canion started to pick up 247Sports Crystal Ball Predictions to land with Georgia Tech from analysts, including Tom Loy, the Notre Dame insider for 247Sports.

Now this does not mean that Canion is guaranteed to land with the Yellow Jackets, but things seem to be trending in that direction.

His other offers included Auburn, Cincinnati, Duke, Florida State, Indiana, and Stanford, among others.

He is a two-sport athlete who also plays baseball.
