Georgia Tech and 2024 Linebacker Demontrae Gaston Part Ways
Georgia Tech and 2024 linebacker Demontrae Gaston have parted ways.
Gaston was one of the first members of the 2024 recruiting class for Georgia Tech and committed to the Yellow Jackets back in April. He is a 6'1 200 LBS linebacker prospect who plays at Pensacola Catholic High School in Florida and also has other offers from Wake Forest, USF, UAB, Tulane, Troy, Memphis, Liberty, and Fau, among others.
Georgia Tech has parted ways with a couple of 2024 prospects over the last two weeks including three-star defensive tackle Marcus Downs and three-star tight end Lane Wadle.
Georgia Tech's 2024 recruiting class is currently ranked 32nd on 247Sports.
Georgia Tech faces North Carolina this Saturday in Atlanta. Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m.
