Look: Former Georgia Tech coach Geoff Collins on the sideline at Georgia vs Auburn game

Collins coached Georgia Tech from 2019-2022

A familiar face for Georgia Tech fans made an appearance at one of today's biggest games. 

Former Yellow Jackets head coach Geoff Collins was spotted on the sideline chatting with Bulldogs head coach Kirby Smart at Auburn as the Tigers get ready to take on No. 1 Georgia.

This is not the first time that Collins was spotted around the Bulldogs program. In the spring, Collins was seen in Athens taking in spring practice.

Collins finished with a record of 10-28 as the head coach of the Yellow Jackets and 0-2 against Georgia, losing by a combined score of 97-7 in two meetings.

After Collins was let go, Brent Key took over as the interim head coach and then was named the permanent head coach at the season's end. Key is currently 2-2 this season heading into today's game vs Bowling Green.
