Watch: Can Georgia Tech's defense put forth another strong performance this week against Bowling Green?
Through the first three games, Georgia Tech's defense struggled to get off the field and could not stop the run. In the game against Wake Forest, the Yellow Jackets racked up eight sacks and forced five turnovers. Defensive end Kyle Kennard led the way with four sacks and safety Jaylon King pulled in two interceptions on his way to earning the ACC defensive back of the week.
Now Georgia Tech needs to stack good performances on top of each other and keep improving. This defense still has plenty to work and they are going to have an opportunity to do just that against a Bowling Green offense that has struggled to block up front and is 119th in the country in turnover margin.
Watch the video above to see my full breakdown of what the Yellow Jackets' defense needs to do tomorrow to have another big performance.
