Kentucky Briefing: Will Levis went off in his NFL debut
Former Kentucky quarterback Will Levis made his NFL debut for the Tennessee Titans and lit up the stat sheet.
The rookie quarterback was 19-29 for 238 yards and four touchdowns. Levis also ran the football seven times for 11 yards.
The throws Levis was completing made it seem like he was a seasoned veteran, not a rookie making his debut.
Many people were Levis haters, but after this performance, he definitely has silenced this crowd.
Levis found future Hall of Famer DeAndre Hopkins for three touchdowns in this ball game, which could be a connection we see a lot more going forward.
Levis took over for Ryan Tannehill in this game as the veteran is dealing with injury, but after Levis's performance, he might take over for good.
He is a great person and teammate, so all of Big Blue Nation will be rooting him on as he begins his NFL journey.
Kentucky fans will get to see Levis in prime time on Thursday Night Football against the Pittsburgh Steelers, assuming Tannehill isn't ready to go in time for this ball game.
