Kentucky Offers 2024 Twin O-Linemen Mercer, Charlton Luniewski
For Kentucky football thus far, the recruiting trail surrounding the building of the 2024 class has surrounded the offensive line.
Offensive linemen Hayes Johnson and Aba Selm are the first two commits in the class, while a host of others — including Jac'Qawn McRoy and Kai Greer — are at the top of the list for the Wildcats.
Another pair of linemen were added to the offer list on Friday, though this pair could be a package deal. Charlton Luniewski announced that he and his twin brother, Mercer, have received official offers from Lexington:
The brothers attend Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy in Ohio. Mercer stands 6-foot-7, 300 pounds, while Charlton goes 6-foot-5, 280. Mercer owns a 3-star rating via 247Sports and is currently the more sought-after player, owning a total of 12 offers from the likes of Wisconsin, Pittsburgh and Minnesota. He's taken three unofficial visits to Kentucky, with the final of the three ending with an offer alongside his brother.
Kentucky is Charlton's first Power 5 offer but is also receiving interest from Akron, UConn, Kent State, Miami Ohio and Toledo. Keep an eye on the twins as head coach Mark Stoops, recruiting coordinator Vince Marrow and the rest of the UK staff continue to seek out talent in the trenches.
