The 2024 Miami recruiting class has a plethora of defensive talent. One of the recruits that few likely expected in the class for the Hurricanes would be Adarius Hayes. With Hayes growing up a Florida Gators fan, the decision to change where he would play his college football is not one many inside the recruiting industry expected. 

The 6-foot-4 and 225-pound linebacker from Largo (Fla.) High School took the time to break down how the final few days went before signing with Miami. That also includes information about backing off his Florida commitment just before National Signing Day.
