PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers are drawing closer and closer to a full 2022-23 schedule after they revealed a full non-conference schedule on Thursday afternoon.

The Panthers will open the 2022-23 campaign at home on November 7 against Tennessee Martin before welcoming West Virginia to the Petersen Events Center for the latest edition of the Backyard Brawl four days later.

The following week, they'll head to New York City to compete in the Legends Classic at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn from November 16 to 17. Michigan, Arizona State and VCU will also play in the event, but exact matchups and game times have yet to be determined.

Pitt then gets home games against mid-majors Alabama State on November 20, Farleigh Dickinson on November 22 and William and Mary on November 22 before taking on a couple of Power Six opponents on the road. The Panthers will take on Northwestern on November 28 and Vanderbilt on December 7.

They'll wrap up non-conference play with contests against Sacred Heart and North Florida on December 10 and 17, respectively.

The Panthers will also host two exhibition games - likely against a pair of non-Division I opponents - in late October and early November before the start of the regular season.
