PITTSBURGH -- Pitt Panthers linebacker SirVocea Dennis put on an impressive showing during his Pro Day at the team's practice facility on Pittsburgh's South Side two weeks ago and now he is showing off his mental skills to NFL teams.

NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported that Dennis recorded the highest cognitive testing score of any linebacker in the draft this year. AIQ, a data company working with NFL teams during the draft process, conducted these tests. Schultz added that Dennis scored in the 99th percentile of learning efficiency.

Throughout his massively successful tenure at Pitt, Dennis has been known for being one of the smarter members of the defense. As a two-year starter at middle linebacker, Dennis was in the center of it all, making calls and helping orchestrate the Panthers' aggressive defense. He led the team in tackles and earned All-ACC consideration two years in a row and earned All-ACC Academic honors in 2021.
