PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers got a major lift this week as they take on Wake Forest on the road, looking to start a winning streak for the first time this season.

Two starting offensive linemen - center Jake Kradel and guard Blake Zubovic - were both in uniform and warmed up but did not start for the Panthers. Still, they opened the second half with the first-team offense at both guard spots.

They replaced Jason Collier Jr. and B.J. Williams, who had been sharing reserve and starter duties for most of the season. This marked Kradel's first snaps at guard this season. He's been starting at center all year up until this week.

Kradel has been out since the North Carolina game and Terrance Moore has taken over center duties in his absence. Zubovic dressed but did not play against Louisville but clearly had a good enough week of practice to play.
