PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers are on the way to adding yet more talent to a defensive line room that has been loaded with talent ever since position coach Charlie Partridge took control of the room.

Another standout defensive lineman, four-star prospect and Opa Locka, Florida native Dimitry Nicolas, has put Pitt in his top 13 alongside Florida, Miami, Tennessee, Georgia, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Colorado, Texas A&M, NC State, West Virginia, Cincinnati and Auburn.

Nicolas picked up an offer from Pitt last summer, one of 17 he's picked up so far. He's taken two visits each to Florida and Miami this spring.

At 6'3 and 260 pounds, Nicols plays both defensive end and tackle. Rivals is the most bullish of the four major recruiting services on him, ranking him as the No. 26 defensive lineman in the class and No. 54 player in talent-rich Florida. On3 has him pegged as the No. 38 prospect in the Sunshine State.
