PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers hosted one of their top quarterback targets last weekend and they'll hope it was enough to keep his commitment from falling into the hands of another school.

But Jackson is a popular, talented player who has continued to garner interest from lots of Power 5 schools, meaning Pitt won't be his only visit this summer. In fact, Jackson has just scheduled a new visit to Missouri for the final weekend of June.

Pitt typically likes to staff each class with a quarterback and the coaching staff would love Jackson could be their next. Rated as a four-star prospect by ESPN and On3, and a three-star recruit by ESPN and Rivals, he is among the top 20 of quarterback prospects in his class with room to grow.

The 6'3 and 190-pound Winter Garden, Florida native who attends West Orange High School holds offers from Penn State, Texas A&M, Indiana, Illinois, West Virginia and Missouri with Florida State, Miami, UCF and Ohio State all expressing varying levels of interest.

Jackson will attend the Elite 11 Finals later this summer, where he'll compete against some of the best high school quarterbacks in the country.
