Spencer Rattler Named American Team's Top QB By Peers At Reese's Senior Bowl
There are a few different groups that you can earn respect from in your field: your higher-ups, outsiders who watch you work, and those who work alongside you constantly. Earning respect from the latter group I just mentioned is significant because it's those people who know who you are as a person and as a worker better than anyone else.
Former South Carolina QB Spencer Rattler has gotten all kinds of recognition this week from current scouts and former front-office executives while going through multiple practices at the Reese's Senior Bowl in Mobile, AL. On Friday afternoon, Rattler received an honor that I'm sure he appreciates more than anything from this week, as he was voted the best quarterback on the American Team in practice by opposing defenders who went up against him the past few days.
Rattler and fellow Gamecock alum Xavier Legette (depending on how his ankle feels) will be playing in the Reese's Senior Bowl on Saturday afternoon on the NFL Network.
