2026 WR Aaron Gregory Shares Insight On His Recruitment
Aaron Gregory, a 2026 wide receiver prospect from Augusta, GA, is a name that has a lot of buzz with the football season just around the corner. The buzz is for good reason, as the 6-foot-2 sophomore has been nothing shy of sensational at two major camps this offseason.
Earning MVP honors from On3 at an Under Armor Camp in Orlando and the Rivals Next 5-star Pro Day this year, the talented wideout says he has learned about himself.
"I've learned to focus on my work, holding myself at a higher standard to give myself the best performance always, and as my coach would say, out work yesterday," said Gregory. "I thank everyone for the recognition, but I feel you only remember the mistakes so my goal is to try and make sure those don't happen," he added.
Gregory currently holds several Power 5 offers, but Georgia and South Carolina are showing the most interest in the Sophomore, per On3's Recruiting Prediction Machine, and Aaron has reciprocated that interest by visiting both programs three times, all back in 2022.
Gregory's Shares Thoughts On Visit & Columbia
"The visits were great. We've gone on tours, spring practice, and a game; it's always very welcoming. I like South Carolina because its only maybe a hour away from home, my older sister is in school close by, and it's a bigger city."
As Gregory progresses into recruiting process of his sophomore season, relationship-building will be at the top his list.
"Right now I'm going into my sophomore year I'm working building relationships and learning about the programs that want me; I'm looking forward to this recruitment journey."
