The night’s main event was a five-round welterweight bout featuring former interim champion Logan Storley and Brennan Ward.

Storley bested Michael “Venom” Page at Bellator 281 to claim the promotion’s interim title but came up short of unifying the welterweight belts in his last fight with Yaroslav Amosov, however "Storm" rebounded from that loss by stopping Ward in the second round with ground and pound.

In the co-main event, heavyweights Valentin Moldavsky and Steve Mowry met in a rematch after their first meeting at Bellator 284 ended in just under a minute due to an accidental eye poke. Mowry ended up having few answers for the Russian's wrestling, and Moldavsky won a unanimous decision.

The rest of the main card also included the successful return of SBG Ireland featherweight James Gallagher as well as Aaron Jeffery handing Dalton Rosta his first pro loss. The night's prelims featured some incredible action as well, with the knockout victories scored by Lucas Brennan and Bellator debutant Marcirley Alves da Silva being particularly impressive.
