Celebrate Stephen Curry's Birthday With 'Splash Party' Shoes

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry's new and retro shoes are releasing in a special birthday colorway.
In this story:

Spring is right around the corner, which means we are entering the final stretch of the NBA regular season. Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry has overcome a few injuries and helped position his team for another championship run.

No other player in the league has been able to match Curry's production on the court and his success in the sneaker industry. Under Armour and Curry Brand have kept hoopers happy with a steady release of new and retro basketball shoes in fan-favorite colorways.

Curry will soon turn 35 years old and plans to treat fans to a pair of highly-anticipated basketball shoes. On March 14, the Curry Flow 10 and the Curry 2 Retro will be released in the 'Splash Party' colorways on the Curry Brand website. Below is everything fans must know about each shoe.

The Curry Flow 10 is the tenth shoe in Curry's signature line and marries cutting-edge technology with symbolic colorways that celebrate the career of the greatest outside shooter of all time.

The performance basketball shoes feature UA Flow cushioning, which is totally rubberless, resulting in a light and ridiculously grippy ride. In addition, the UA WARP upper technology provides enhanced comfort and control when on the hardwood.

The Curry Flow 10 'Splash Party' is a nod to the original Curry 2 colorway, which was released in 2016. The reimagined look is an adaptation of all birthday festivities: cake, confetti, candles, and sprinkles. The shoes will cost $160 in adult sizes.

Curry's second signature shoe is back and better than ever. The Curry 2 Retro features an ultra-responsive Charged Cushioning® midsole with compression molded foam for ultimate explosiveness.

The UA Speedform upper is lightweight and breathable for a cool experience. Meanwhile, the extra durable outsole contains an organic herringbone traction pattern for court feel and grip.

Originally released in 2016, these limited-edition shoes will not last long on shelves. The fan-favorite colorway evokes a sense of joy and celebrates the gifts that Curry has given fans on and off the court over the years. The shoes will cost $150 in adult sizes.
