San Diego unleashed a 15-hit, 3-home run performance against the Washington Nationals en route to a 13-3 victory Friday night.

Ha-Seong Kim, Juan Soto, and Xander Bogaerts all homered while Fernando Tatis Jr. went 3-4 from the plate with a walk. Musgrove added another solid start to his resumé with 6 hits and only 1 ER across 7 innings.

In other news, MLB scouts predict that the Padres will be buyers as the trade deadline approaches. Given their talented and expensive roster, it makes sense that San Diego refuses to fold after a slow first half of the season.

Check out the news from today, and here's to more of the same tomorrow against the Nationals!
