Strap in, because we have a lot to cover.

Let's start with the best news of the day: the Padres hit 4 home runs in their 9-1 series-opening win over the Toronto Blue Jays. Manny Machado, Juan Soto, Gary Sanchez, and Trent Grisham all joined in on the fun while Joe Musgrove threw 7 strikeouts across 5 innings.
