For only the fourth time this season, Jayson Tatum is inactive. The four-time All-Star is out due to a non-Covid illness.

While Tuesday afternoon brought with it the news of Tatum getting downgraded from doubtful to unavailable for the night's matchup against Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks, the morning included the announcement Tatum will partake in the 3-Point Contest at All-Star Weekend.

Back to the rematch between Boston and Milwaukee, who the former defeated 139-118 on the TD Garden parquet on Christmas. At 41-16, the Celtics have the NBA's best record, but the Bucks (39-17) are only 1.5 games behind them in the Eastern Conference standings.

The two play for the third and final time on Mar. 30 in Milwaukee; the Bucks will be on the second half of a back-to-back, returning home from a game against the Pacers the night before.

As for the rest of Boston's lengthy injury report, Tatum joins Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, and Danilo Gallinari as out for Tuesday's matchup in Milwaukee.

Friday, before the Celtics bested the Hornets 127-116, Brad Stevens and Joe Mazzulla provided updates about Brown and Smart's progress as they work towards their return to the court.

On a positive note, Malcolm Brogdon returns to the lineup after missing Sunday's 119-109 victory vs. the Grizzlies due to right Achilles soreness.

Grant Williams, originally listed as questionable because of right elbow swelling, also got upgraded to available for Tuesday's tilt.

Robert Williams remains questionable for the game due to left ankle soreness. Al Horford's a new addition to Boston's injury report, listed under the same status designation as Williams. Horford has been dealing with right knee swelling that resulted in a two-game absence before returning on Sunday.

The Celtics and Bucks tip-off at 7:30 pm EST; Inside The Celtics will update this article when there's a determination on whether Horford and Robert Williams are in the lineup.

That's along with all other content related to the game coming out before, during, and afterward. And follow @BobbyKrivitsky on Twitter for updates and analysis from pregame to post.

Update: Robert Williams is active, but Al Horford is out for Tuesday's tilt in Milwaukee.
