The Indiana Pacers will be one of the busiest teams in the 2023 NBA Draft. The franchise has five picks, including three in the first round, and plenty of salary cap space. They could do any number of things in the draft this summer.

Pre-draft workouts will be valuable for the blue and gold. Not only can they get an up-close look at players they may select in the June 22 draft, but they can also get to know all of the prospects before they reach the NBA. Even if they don't end up selecting a specific player, having more intel on him could be important for future trade or free agency decisions.

Indiana will pick seventh overall as well as 26th, 29th, 32nd, and 55th. All of their picks have a known slot after the draft lottery.

"The very top of it is obviously impactful. When you get to the next tier, you're looking at some really talented guys. But you're also looking at youth," Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle said when asked for his early thoughts on the 2023 draft class.

Last year, the Pacers worked out both of their first two picks in the 2022 draft in Andrew Nembhard and Bennedict Mathurin. Tracking who the team brings in for an up-close workout is beneficial.
